Memory issues on MSI P55M-GD41

Is there any reason http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145251&cm_re=corsair_xms3-_-20-145-251-_-Product would not work with the above board?

I am getting a BSOD every time I try to start up. Tried reformatting and it hit me midway through the installation. Thanks for the help.


EDIT: I am now noticing that it BSODs on the "Initializing network" section of the Windows XP installation. I tried disabling the onboard NIC and am trying it again. This is a brand new motherboard...could it still be a ram issue? (Also brand new)

EDIT: Disabling the NIC did nothing. I took out one of the ram cards, no change, took the other one out instead and things are going swimmingly. Guess I'll have to return it.
