RAW File System Problem with HDD

Hello,
I have an 80gb Seagate Barracuda Hard Disk which is showing up as a 7.87gb with a RAW File System on it. I cant access it or format it and I dont understand why it only shows up as 7.87gb? Can anyone give me some advice on how to remedy this?

You will have to attach 80gb hdd as a secondary hdd with another primary hdd.
Start windows from primary hdd, right click on my computer and go to
manage-> Storage -> Disk management,
Then you will see 2 hard drives. Select your 80gb hdd and format it and create partition after formatting.
Create first partition as primary and other partition as a logical drives.
