ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP Socket 1155

Hi

I want to ask a simple question that i can't find it's answer..and i need to decide something about my pc specs
I'm getting these choices as specs :

Motherboard :ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP
CPU :Intel I7 3770k -- [ Stock heat think & cooler ]
GPU :Asus GTX 680 Direct CU II
RAM :G.Skill Ares series 4x4 GB
PSU :Thermaltake 850 W




The question is.. can i overclock my processor and my vga card on this motherboard ?? if yes..to which range of overclocking ?
because if no is the answer, i'm going to the Z77...and correct my decision if i'm wrong !

There is no use of buying a k series processor unless you have a Z77 motherboard.
