Hey, i have a MSI G41M-P33 motherboard, it can take up to 4GB of DDR3 at 1066mhz.

But i can only buy 1333mhz RAM, but the board has a max of 1066mhz.

I just need to know if the memory will downclock from 1333 to 1066, so i can use it.

Any input appreciated :)

Yes - the memory modules can run at any speed below the rated spec so 1333Mhz. modules will have no problem running at 1066Mhz.
