1440x900 Radeon HD 3200

I recently installed the ATI Catalyst Conrol Centre 2009.114etc.
Before that my Acer 17ich wide screen monitor worked fine with the resolution set to the recommended 1440x900. After I installed the CCC it doesn't even have the option to set the resolution to 1440x900 anymore. The CCC did howeve help me to play games I couldn't play before. I use Windows XP Professional. Please advise me on this matter.

Never heard of that driver,where did you get it ?
the latest Catalyst driver is 9.11 which you can download form www.amd.com
