My windows 7 is not genuine, but that's not the real problem, I got a 64-bit computer, and it stands that i got 4gb ram but only 2 usable? :S
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) X2 Dual-Core QL-62 2.00 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4,00 GB (2,00 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System
Pen and Touch: No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display.
So it displays all 4GB in the BIOS, but somehow says that half of it is not useable or is it just in Win 7 that you get this unusable message?
Check for an option in the BIOS for Memory Remapping and enable it. If this is not present, check for a BIOS update for your motherboard. IF it still isn't available, then you are SOL. Also, sometimes windows will reserve memory for hardware such as onboard video cards, not sure if that is your problem though.
