When I cut or copy then past in microsoft office only a part of the picture or doc. shows. How can I fix that?

What exactly are you trying to copy? If whatever you are trying to paste is larger than the page size, without reducing the size to fit, it won't.

Hang, I found out that if I play with the Header and Footer that some times I can get the picture or doc. to come out fine. I have no friggin Idea how I do it?
