XFX 8500gt overclock question

I have a xfx 8500gt in my spare junk computer and wanted to see if I could oc it a little just to see what i can get out of it ... can someone recommend a program to use ? better yet if anyone has tried this maybe give me a little advice? thanks -T

RivaTuner is the best app I've used for Nvidia cards.

I am not sure what you can get out of it, but it will have minimum benefits as the lower end GPU's don't tend to scale all that well during overclocking.

I tried a few programs and and did end up overclocking it a tiny bit, cant remember the increase it wasn't much , didn't seem to register any better numbers on 3d mark so I gave up
