Windows won't boot with overclocking

Whenever i overclock with a stable voltage i've used before, bios boots up but windows freezes when booting. Not even startup repair manages to go through without freezing nor windows installation cd. Only when I use my board's Asus OC Tuner, does it actually work. I even copied the exact settings of the tuner, but it won't boot on manual overclock. Anybody have any advice? Please this is realllly annoying and my Windows constantly freezes on oc tuner settings
