My comuter caching front usb port ok but i am not use but now i need it. i don`t know how to connect usb port in mother board. please help me.

You can find your manual for your mobo on the Gigabyte website. You should be able to download a copy in PDF format.
Usually there will be headers coming from your front usb port on your case and you simply connect these to a USB connector on your motherboard. The connections are usually printed on the PSB itself too. Best of luck!
