Here are ATI's requirements

450 Watt or greater power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended (600 Watt and two 6-pin connectors for ATI CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode)

SO the answer would be yes, but if you intend to overclock or like to be on the safe side get a 750w otherwise the 650w corsair is a good PSU for your system.

It is 40 more dollars for the 750w PSU, you think 40 dollars is a good price for an extra 100W?
Also the Corsair 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Power Supply was having a sale, get an extra 10 dollars off with this promo code "EMCYNNS32"

Wiki shows 80 Plus is 80% and 80+ Bronze is 82%. So if i go 750W would be best to go with the Antec TruePower New TP-750 Blue 750W Continuous Power.

I don't think $40 more is worth it, but the non lighted 750 is only

Didn't see the code on the Corsair.

Edit ; link removed , price is $160 at time of edit, wonder what Newegg is smoking.
