Problem with 3rd HD

Hello,

I got a little problem i can't seem to figure out why and how to fix it.

My current PC i have
OCZ Vertext 3 120GB (OS)
WDC Green (Storage) 1TB
WDC Black (Storage) 1TB

I use SSD for my OS and WDC Green for storage. I just bought WDC black and install it.
Here is the problem: WDC Black is pick up by PC, it show in BIOS menu and it also being pick up with Device Manager. However it does not show up under my computer or Disk Management.....

Any idea on what causing this?
