Please I am having a problem with my window Firewall/Internet connection sharing, it disables it like every 3 to 5mins then I'll restart it. but still repeats the same all the time. what can I do to fix this please!

If you are running behind a Router, you really don't need the Windows firewall. But if it is a laptop, when you go on the road, turn it on.
