HI GUYS I BOUGHT A CLONED MOTHERBOARD FROM A PAL FROM CHINA, IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY SPECIFIC MANUFACTURER BUT I DO KNOW THAT THE BIOS WAS FROM PHOENIX AWARD BIOS, 8/11/2008 V6.00PG, INTEL SOCKET 775 945G/GC/Z CHIPSET. I INSTALLED 2X2048 GB RAM STICKS AND A NVIDIA GT240 512VRAM GRAPHICS CARD . BUT WHEN I BOOT UP I M EXPECTING TO SEE 4096MB INSTALLED BUT WINDOWS BUT I SEE ONLY 2.75GB. I USE A 64 BIT WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE. I READ FORUMS ABOUT MEMORY HOLE AND I DONT FIND ANY SUCH OPTION IN MY BIOS. I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY WAY I CAN USE ALL MY 4GB OF RAM INSTALLED .
I use windows 7 32 bit, and many listed specs won't change with an upgrade. For example, if I decide to overclock or change a cpu, the new cpu isn't listed. Windows only checks your specs once. If you have 4096 at the post screen, you're fine.
