Is there an app on windows 8 that makes your volume louder

Hello,
i have the windows 8 laptop and I have the sound maxed out but it is still very low can I fix that somehow or is there an app to help that

Is it just the files you are playing or are all sounds low?

Usually you'll need to go into the properties of the speakers and select options from the sound enhancments tab.

Right-click the speaker icon in the Windows Taskbar.
Select "Playback devices"
double-click on the device and you should or might see an enhancements tab...with options like Bass Boost, room correction, Loudness Equalization, etc. depending on your actual sound card. Usually enabling the Bass Boost, and the Loudness Equalization will fix the low-sound problem in Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.

If the speaker icon is not showing on the Windows 8 Desktop part of Windows 8, you can go into Control Panel and access the Sound applet.
