1 yr old Build wont start!!!!!

Forum Systems : Homebuilt 1 yr old Build wont start!!!!!

Hi, I built my system just under a year ago, specs as follows

P6T Deluxe
i7 920
G-Skill 1333 6GB RAM
Antec 1000w True Power Quattro
GTX 295

So last night I turned offf my system, went to work today, came home and now my system wont start at all, no fans spin up, no post ect.
The power and reset buttons on the mobo both light up, but when pressed still yeild no results.
Please offer any advice

Also found out that there was thunderstorms in the area today. Therefore I think a component must be fryed. Does anyone know how I can figure wHich ones are or arent,
