Well looking on newegg you could buy those parts for about $470, I think we would like to know what else you are getting for $750 to be able to say if it is a good deal or not.
The 4870 should own the majority of games at that resolution, and the rest that you have specified are good quality components.
Also, is it all assembled? And is it new or old? And why is it being sold?

Its pre built assembled system. The 4870 retails at USD 180 here, thanks to import tax. Newegg doesnt ship to India. Theres a USD 30 i-Ball case, a CFire certified coolermaster 500 watter, dont know which one, an LG dual layer writer, a 250Gig seagate.

Seems like worth getting to me, solid quad core, decent RAM, GPU that will be happy at 1024x768 res, PSU from a reliable brand.
