Pc fan connection

Hello,hi,i saw some cables on amazon,that expand the fan connection on a pc motherboard,ie..it will allow 3 fans to connect to one fan point on the motherboard.Does anyone know what these are called and where to but from.Thanks

Its called 3 Pin Y Cable..............
Don't connect 3 fans. my personal recommendation. Mother board can not give full porwer to the 3 Fans fully. use 2 max fans..........

The y fan cables were designed for use with pc case fans that are connected to the power supply, not to the motherboard. The cable allows several pc fans to be connected to one psu power cable.

The cables were not designed to connect several fans to one fan connector on a motherboard. There are practical limits to how much power can be supplied through the motherboard connection.

The fan cables are readily available from many online vendors.
