Good build for $800

Hey guys I going to need a build that can play SC2 and WOW on atleast high settings and also minecraft it is also going to need to meet these requirements http://www.hauppauge.com/site/products/data_hdpvr.html#... so I can record gameplay from my xbox. So is it possible to get a good build for atleast $800 thanks.
