Best Gaming RAM for me?

Hello, i have recently been saving up money to get a new system, since the last time i upgraded my system was 3 years ago, so it's about time. I have chosen parts already and they fit to my motherboard but i am struggling with RAM. I am building a system for mostly gaming and possibly over-clocking in the near future. I've heard that Corsair can provide me with some proper gaming ram. My motherboard is a ASUS P5Q Deluxe. I've looked and found that these are the best RAM that i could find:

I would go with the Corsair one because of having lower timings

Yes lower timings are better.(Lower timings/voltages and higher speed are the key factors)

Yeh i can't have the XMS3, that's DDR3. I need XMS2. So which RAM do you guys think are the best from this list?

Is the best choice between them(there is another Corsair one with the same specs but its more expensive,so go with this Patriot one)

I've heard that Crucial is very good when it comes to RAM for OC. So i just wanna get some opinions to make sure, then i will choose.

Both Crucial and Patriot are good brands, as for comparison, The crucial model is pretty much the same as the Patriot one,the only difference is that it has higher voltage and is more expensive,so i would still go with the Patriot one.
