Hp pavilion 753n graphics card HELP

WWhere can I find and how do I find a graphics card for my HP Pavilionb 753n? My monitor shuts down or goes to sleep. I have changed monitors to make sure it was not my new monitor. My old monitor started then just shut off. So i am assuming that it is the graphics card. or could it be the cables. Not sure what to try next new cable or buy a new graphics card.

this the one? you can pick up a cheap AGP card off ebay or amazon and get it in there running fine.
If it is the GPU.. its integrated onto the mobo, and that might mean the mobo is gone possibly... or maybe bad caps on it.. youre better off upgrading to a cheap 400$ box anyway

How do i find out what my current graphics card is? I can not search the computer can not get the monitor to stay on. Thank you

my monitor shuts itself off can not run or do anything. i looked on the internet for the problem and they said that the problem would be the graphics card. i cannot do what you are asking. maybe i should just buy a new computer. love your picture by the way
