AMD Athlon X3 440 oc help

i have a amd athlon x3 440 on a asrock n68-vgs3 ucc motherbord and i cant find a way to overclock it

You need to load your BIOS when starting the computer to access the over clock settings.

There may be a "basic"BIOS which shows up but in one of the upper corners should be a options menue to load the advanced BIOS which will give you access to all the settings you need to OC your computer.
