New Asus computer didn't come with a case fan..should i buy one??

For real... Today I Upgrade My Graphic Card... And Then I Don't See Any Case Fan On My Computer... = = ?? .......... Why...But I Check My CPU Temp and It Stay 30C~40C and my motherbored is 40C~55C.. and is after a gaming...And My Graphic card is 40C~55C...
So Should I Need A Case Fan For My Computer??
