Reset bios!

Hello, how do I reset the bios on a Dellgx150 computer,I disadeled my password by removing the battery and also by moving the jumper then replacing it, when I start my computer these are the massages that I get, F1 to try reboot and F2 for setup, can you help me!

Press F2 to enter the BIOS. Then reset the BIOS to its default values by pressing the function key or the menu option listed in the BIOS.
