i have a gateway essential power model tbr3 450piii, waht is the cpu speed and can i upgrade the speed and memory ?

Go to this page http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

download the program and run it. It will tell you what is your CPU speed, what kind of memory you have and then you can go and find out if what you have is upgradeable.

The solution that will provide best results is to look up the model in the support section of gateway's site to find information on it. It may even list what CPU models it supports and the max memory it supports.
