can i use DDR3 1333 MHz ram on DDR3 1066 MHz Mother Board.

Yes (if the voltage of the modules is supported) - but it may only run at 1066Mhz. speeds depending on the MOBO Bios and its options --- with RAM modules they can normally run at any speed Lower than their rated speed - ie. 1333 rated modules will run fine at 1333, 1066 or even 800Mhz. speeds as long as the MOBO has the proper settings for the multiplier (the lack of a high enough multiplier would be why a MOBO only supports up to a certain speed unless they update the BIOS but by using a lower multiplier the higher rated module will run at the lower speed !)
