Fx 8120 and Cooler Master 212 +

Hey guys, I have never over locked a processor but have been doing a ton of reading on using an aftermarket air cooler to obtain a modest over clock. ( don't want to shorten my CPU lifespan more thannecessary) what do you think would be safe with a 8120 and a 212 + ? I have a 200 mm intake fan and a 120 back plate fan next to my I/o shield with 2 - 120 mm fans exhausting from the top of the case. My case is a cooler master storm enforcer.

just try to keep the load temperature under 60 degrees celcius.
