Help me update my BIOS

I am suffering atikmpag and atikmdag crashes and hear updating your BIOS may help. I do not know how to do this but am computer literate and can figure this out with the help from you guys.

Please help me do this, thanks!

I'm not sure if I just download the first one, F11, and install it. Is there anything else involved?

I recently flashed (updated) my BIOS for my X58 motherboard. Here is what I followed and it worked well: http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=1605

Make absolutely sure that there are no power outages when you do this. The article will explain why.
