What memory should I buy?

Hey guys Im in the middle of a computer upgrade and last thing I need to get is memory. I really dont know what all the numbers mean but I would like to get ddr2 1066mhz, which would be a upgrade for me. If you guys could let me know what would work the best for me I would appreciate it. Heres my system

MB: Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3L http://www.gigabyte.us/Products/Motherboard/Products_Sp...

CPU- Intel Core 2 Quad 9650

Video Card- PNY GTX 470

PSU- Corsair 850

I really would like to get at least 8gb. Thanks

Would like to keep it to a few hundred bucks and I dont OC anything.

Would be good.Its DDR2 800, but don't worry about it because the difference between DDR2 800 and 1066 isn't noticeable
