What memory should I buy?

Hey guys Im in the middle of a computer upgrade and last thing I need to get is memory. I really dont know what all the numbers mean but I would like to get ddr2 1066mhz, which would be a upgrade for me. If you guys could let me know what would work the best for me I would appreciate it. Heres my system

Would be good.Its DDR2 800, but don't worry about it because the difference between DDR2 800 and 1066 isn't noticeable
