Upgrade help

Hi , I am new to this site. I would like to upgrade my children's computer graphic card and I do not know which to buy. The computer is 5 years old. I just do not want to buy graphic card that will be too powerfull for my system. The computer has:
Motherboard: MSI PX8 Neo-V (MS-7043)
Motherboard chipset P4X533
CPU- Intel Pentium 4, 3200 MHz (16X200)
Existing graphic card Radeon 9600Pro Video Adapter.

I'm assuming your video card slot is AGP, not PCI-e since your comp is 5 years old. Just make sure you get the slots right
