Hello all, planning to upgrade my pc as the one i have is way to old to handle new games, its just a budget gaming pc but i would like to know if all the parts would work together, also if i could reuse my old 400W power supply or have to buy a new one, if latter please feel free to suggest, also any suggestions on the build as whole would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

mobo: ASUS M4A78LT-M LE, 760G+SB710

cpu: AMD Athlon II X3 435, socket AM3, 2,9 GHz

gpu: Asus ENGTS250 GeForce GTS 250 CUDA 512MB DDR3

ram: A-Data 4GB (Kit 2x2GB) Gamers Series 1333MHz DDR3 CL8 (8-8-8-24)

hdd: Samsung HDD 320GB Serial ATA/300, 16MB cache, 7200RPM, Spin Point F1

What 400W PSU do you have? Consider a 785G board, it will run a bit cooler, is sometimes cheaper, and may have some nice combo deals with it depending on where you are buying.

Check the price of a Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB drive, its a single platter drive so it will be significantly faster.

Thanks both for replies, dont know about the brand, only thing I know that its 400W, cant buy from newegg, using this site http://agharta-resellerweb.systemb2b.com/pricelist/pricelist.bytypes.custom.aspx ,cause they re quite alright with prices at least where I live, gonna get the WD 500gb you suggested, also switched mobo for MSI 760GM-E51 cause its bit cheaper, gonna have to stick with the cpu as I cant afford to buy a more expensive one, about the card, its the cheapest 250 gts they have, went for nvidia because no radeons 4850 are currently available and are going up with prices and i dont really wanna spend more than 100 euros on the card, but what about the power supply? found this one to be cheapest but not sure if 550 watts is enough for this system http://agharta-resellerweb.systemb2b.com/pricelist/item.aspx?pid=C0517584. About the RAM, its the cheapest DDR3 i found on there, thats why i went for it they have some 4GB kingston kit but its got 9 thingy timing so thought these ones would be a bit faster. Thanks for replies again, much appreciated.
