Just purchased this CPU and was wondering how I would go about OC my CPU to about 4.2GHz. A explanation would be very helpful and anything else I should know about OC in general will also help.

Also can I OC my GFX card and RAM as well? If so, how?

I would recommend reading one or two guides, get yourself familiar with how your CPU works / safe voltages / programs to use to test stability. When I was first learning I printed off 3 guides and went into the BIOS and got myself familiar.

There's a lot to explain, check overclocking sections of forums too as the above post mentions.
