Hello,After power outage, my desktop computer in basement cannot see my router upstairs. The other 2 computers upstairs work fine. Please help

The clue is the upstairs/downstairs bit.

Basements are especially bad for reception as they usually lack much in the way of windows through which quite a lot of signal arrives, in my experience.

Could you sling an ethernet cable from the router to the basement ?
