Problems while overclocking

Hey guys, yesterday I was overclocking my i7 2600k...

Tried overclocking to 4.5Ghz and 1.270V, 1.275V, 1.280V and everytime I saved, I got blue screen.

Did I *** up my CPU or what? Thanks in advance!

Reset your bios and try upping frequency slowly without adding extra voltage and see how far you get.
And give us full specs - mobo, ram, psu...

Try setting voltage to 1.35. these 1.2v values you are saying are like...from a perfect dreamy bin chip. my 2500k @ 4.5 dies instantly with 1.26v (thanks to LLC...worthless...)
