Newegg Motherboards & UPS

Last response: in Motherboards

After reading some reviews on Newegg, I discovered that many motherboards were DOA and many people complaining about the UPS delivery.

Is it worth it to pay the extra money for a FedEx Delivery??

Also, if it does come DOA, do I have to pay to ship it back to Newegg?

Please feel free to input any recommendations and suggestions.

Generally, Newegg + UPS is a great combination! So is Newegg + Fedex!

Yes, you bear the cost to ship back to Newegg even if the part arrives DOA.

Just for info, my EVGA Classified SLI board package was shipped from EVGA with very little side protection, via UPS. Fortunately, the board is well protected within its own package. The board package was slanted in the cardboard shipping carton because it would not fit any other way without the use of an exceptionally large shipping carton. It installed fine.

Just stay with Newegg/UPS/Fedex

Dear Ubrales,

Thank you for responding to this customer’s inquiry. Although it is true that we do not offer an option on the site for customers to acquire a prepaid shipping label for RMAs, a customer can simply contact customer service to have one emailed to them for defective items.

Should any other questions or concerns arise, simply PM us!

Thank you.
