I have a asus p5n-d and i just looked at CPU-Z and saw 400mhz... does that mean it isnt running at 800mhz? it's two 2 gig sticks of gskill ddr2 800mhz ram. i went into the bios and looked around to see if i could change anything... alls i find is DRAM and i turn that into 2.1 and it still does nothing....?

DDR stands for Double Data Rate, so you double the 400 MHz and you have an effective 800 MHz.
