Help me choose a SSD

I am thinking of buying a SSD drive but have a few questions

1. Is the Corsair 120GB Force 3 SSD CSSD-F120GB3-BK a good choice?

2. Is this compatible with my Asus P5K-E motherboard?

3. My motherboard doesn't have SATA 3, since its a few years old. Can you buy a plugin board so it has this or does it have to be built into the motherboard?

3. Yes, but you don't have to since sata 3 is compatible with sata 2 board

Thanks! Is there much difference in speed between SATA 2 and 3? I think the SSD drive I speak about is 6gb/s and it gets restricted to 3gb/s with SATA 2, is that right?
