Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.configuration_manage (More info?)

I downloaded this program and I want to uninstall it, it
is not in the Add/Remove progams group and the uninstall
provided tells me to remove it there. How can I get it
off of my computer completely and safely if it is not
there?

try to seek under programs/fsecure if there is an uninstall.exe
