Hello,
my school has a filer on the computer that blocks pretty much everything. I am an avid studier, but can not get on to potential sites of interest. I do not want to get on to inappropriate sites. When I click start/accesseries/command prompt, it says I am not allowed, it is restricted. When I go into notepad and type command.com and save as a .bat file, it opens for a split second but then dissappears. I am not able to run as an admin, please help for it is quite annoying!
