AM2+ or AM3 budget 300 euro

Hi guys here are two builds I am comparing. I will bite the bullet and go for the AM3 as it gives the oportunity to upgrade in the future. Any feedback on compatability or ideas are very welcome

Get the AMD 770 build cuz you may be able to unlock the 4th core in the X3 for free.

Really great article man! Now I can not only get a 4th core if I am lucky but possibly the L3 cache effectively unlocking the chip to within 100 MHz of a phenom II X 4 945. At about a third of the price!
