Replacing my power supply and Motherboard

Hello, due to some water damage I am having to replace a burnt out power supply and mother board. My mother board is the Evea GTX 260. I figured that while I am replacing these two items I might as well upgrade them so is there anyone out there who knows of a good mother board, and possibly power supply, that will be compatible with everything that my current ones are compatible with.

My power supply is an 850W AK series. Let me know if you need more information and I will see what I can dig up.
