2nd HDD files are missing?

I recently built my new PC and reinstalled windows. Afterwards, I connected my 2nd HDD to it. For some reason, I see these three folders: Documents and Settings, Program Files, WINDOWS.

What happened? I didn't do anything to the HDD, all it had was a bunch of movies and music and other misc files.

did you see it in bios also reset file to you as administrator

Yeah I see it in bios. What do you mean by reset file?

It also says that I've used up about 30gb of the HDD so I believe that my files are still there, I just don't know what's going on.

put back the file property to you as administrator
