Does 32 and 64 bits make no difference if you have 4gb ram tested each version.
I still have 3.19gb with 1gb graphic card on 64 bits system.
I got 2x 2gb ram.

Well you have to question here, one will it make a difference with the ram and that would be yes but not something you can really care about 32 can only recognize up to 3.2gb of ram

and 64 would be better because of the fact that it will run some programs better and faster if they are optimized for 64 bit

It seems strange that only 3.2GB shows up with x64. You should look at that as an issue. You should see 4GB. While running 64-bit, go ahead and remove one stick of RAM and see what happens. Then insert the other one separately (by itself) and see what happens. Then include both sticks. Check your BIOS too.
