ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I'm using a DDR2 mobo because I can get 8gb of pretty nice Patriot RAM for free. I wouldn't mind some $$ for games. The Power supply that I'll be using is 500w and is a top of the line 1 from about 3 years ago. I'm also getting an HDMI cable and 4 80mm fans for the case.

So far I have.

The specs look good, but make sure you have a quality PSU for the build.

Alternatively, get an X3 + a SB770 ATX mobo instead of a X2 + mATX.
