Hi All,

I am building a low-end gaming system with this spec;

Proc: AMD Athlon II X3 440 Rana 3.0GHz

VGA : Radeon HD 4650 Graphics

Ram : 2 x 2GB (that fits the suggested motherboard)

Motherboard : ~please fill me what is the cheap motherboard that at least can run just fine with the specs above~

Thank you so much

I just finished a build with that processor , this Asus Motherboard and this GSkill memory.

This was not a gaming build and is only using the onboard graphics but combined with a Corsair 400w power supply an Antec 300 Illusion case and a Samsung Spinpoint F3 hard drive is an overall pretty fast computer. I used Windows 7 x64 OEM and total cost was right at $500.

Hello,
This one is a budget board with a $20 rebate right now. It has the basics you would need and it has high ratings on newegg. :

There are a number of budget boards on this page:

I have had a lot of success with the gForce 6150 boards for budget builds. Solid platform. You may find DDR2 memory that is a little less expensive than the DDr3.

If only interested in AM3, here's a good one:

It was recommended from CPU magazine and it features some cool stuff like hardware core unlocking if you wanna try to unlock the 4th core on your CPU.
