Cpu voltage

Hi I'm trying to overclock my 3570k with a gigabyte z77x-ud5h motherboard. When I set the voltage in bios to 1.280v in only shows up as 1.236v in CPU-Z and even Easytuner 6 under load. Here's the strange part when my cpu is idle it's using 1.272v which is more than under load. 1.272v is close to 1.280v I guess, but why is it giving me less voltage when the cpu is being stressed?

That's Vdroop and is normal, but you can enable LLC to stop it, if you wish.
