This is round 2 of my computer build that I would like to build in the next 2 weeks or so. I am seeing some good values and would like to move on them pretty soon.

Right now I am using a 24 inch monitor with 1920 x 1200 resolution.
I do not plan on over clocking or running multiple graphics cards.
My budget is around 700 give or take 100 dollars.

I will be using this computer for playing warcraft and what ever new games come out. I haven’t gotten a chance to play anything other that warcraft because my current computer has lots of heat issues. With that said I am worried about heat in this build. If you see any compatibility issues with the pieces please let me know or if you have any suggestions to improve the quality of my machine with out increasing the price too much.

Is this too much power?

Video Card

I’m thinking about getting the Radeon 5770 but when I search new egg there are quite a few versions of it on Newegg and they vary in price. Can someone help me pick the best one.

I don’t plan on running 2 graphic cards.

Processor

I am still drawn between getting the cheaper Athlon x3 435 and the Athlon x4 630.

I don’t plan on overclocking it. Do these chips generally come with heatsinks or should I get a separate one.

Which is better for the money? Is there a better value out there with out sacrificing performance. Again I don’t plan on overclocking anything.
