[HELP] OCing i7 3770K on ASRock Z77 Extreme4

can you guys teach me how can i OC my i7 3770K in minimal increments on Z77 Extreme4, i really don't have an idea how to do it. i read a lot of guides but it's really confused me, please can someone tell me how to do it right step by step. thanks a lot

is it worth it to use ASRock Extreme Tuning Utility? what's the difference between OCing?
