I have a dell inspirion 530

I ordered a gtx 280 video card

I need to upgrade my power supply to about
700 or 750 watt
Any advice, as to which one to get

All those power supplies are ATX standard sizes. So look up the dimensions of an ATX power supply and see if it will fit your case.

As for the power you don't need that much. a good quality 600W PSU should be fine. I believe the GTX280 draws about 236W by itself. An OCZ modxstream 600W has about 500W on the +12V rails for CPU and GPU.
