Help with my LAN connection

Right i just downloaded dap (download accelerator plus) and it sais to pick a internet connection,which one do i pick for 100mbs LAN

these are the options i have 100mbs lan but i dont know which one to choose please please help.

250Kbit-2Mbit

2MBbit-5Mbit

over 5Mbit

I dont know which 1 to pick beacuse it dont show 100mbit lan i have a conundrum help

DAP will only accelerate the Internet connection. What internet connection do you have?
